We only accept returns or replacements for products received in a damaged condition. To be eligible, the complaint must be raised on the same day of delivery, along with the Order ID and an unboxing video or clear images showing the damaged product. Requests made after the delivery day will not be accepted. Please note that opened or used products, taste or personal preference issues, incorrect usage, and requests raised after the allowed time period are not eligible for return or replacement.
